Make sure to read Joshua's post regarding the latest "gift" from North Korea. I am still very skeptical because not everything has been declared, and I still think the United States and others will bend the rules a bit to take Kim Jong Il from the list of sponsors of terror. I still think it is a very huge mistake.
- #Looks like songunblogspot made Little Green Footballs. I am jealous (maybe not because a wave of users from there will make this site crash). Anyway, the video is pretty funny and over the top. As said by other DPRK watchers, is this person for real or satirical? It is hard to say, but it is interesting all the same. I will not link LGF because I do not know the pingback rules. Enjoy!
- #Make sure to read Richardson's post on the distinction on Kim Jong Il's deified name. I always assumed it was "Dear Leader" or "Great General". In the official propaganda of the KCNA, it calls Kim in less glowing terms.
- #It appears a reader and forum member Saku has archived some DPRK propaganda, and if you folks are interested in seeing it, go here. The forums are still very new, so do not mind the emptiness. I have not promoted the forums at all elsewhere, and I do not expect a lot of members to come flooding in any time soon
- #Well, what do you know, the first member signed up on the message board. I was not expecting that at all, and I would like to thank Saku for joining. He sounds a lot like hapo, but I kind of doubt it. Anyway, I am kind of excited, and this is another silly milestone for DPRK Forum. granted, it is nowhere like the blog, but the discussion forums can sure help with kicking ideas around. If readers want to start some topics or join in on some conversation, be my guest. I am going to guess there is potential for some interesting topics, and not just North Korea. Thanks again!
