Radio Free Chosun question

On my usual visitation to the DailyNK, I always see the Radio Free Chosun banner, but never clicked it. Today, since it is a slow news day in North Korea decided to. I was kind of excited to see transcripts for topics such as the Autobiography of Hwang Jang Yop and Analyzing Kim Jong Il’s voice, but alas, I do not speak Korean.

I was even more disappointed when I tried running the pages through Babelfish. While it was somewhat comprehensible, I am sure it was out of context. Some parts of it are in English, but the parts I wanted to read were not. The question I have for readers is, are there any decent translation programs out there? I am going to guess no, but it is worth a shot.
