I upgraded to Wordpress 2.8 because it is new and neat. I do not know if I have to tweak this theme or what, but oh well. If you find bugs and whatnot, please let me know. In the meantime, it is a slow news day in North Korea. Perhaps some other topics will be posted. Stay tuned.
