It talks about how North Korea is opening up, but only on their terms and how they can tone down the rhetoric. However, the most interesting part is about the two ten-year old boys looking into the gate where they are not allowed in when all their lives are taught Americans are the sworn enemy. A very good read.

The crew and captain of the U.S. intelligence gathering ship Pueblo are released after 11 months imprisonment by the government of North Korea. The ship, and its 83-man crew, was seized by North Korean warships on January 23 and charged with intruding into North Korean waters.
